KETTLEBELL COMPETITIONS

Kettlebell training has taken the world by storm!

 

The benefits of kettlebell training when you are trying to lose weight are unsurpassed by any other single piece of equipment.

 

AND the kettlebell workout can be accomplished in less time!

 

But that's not all! 

 

Exercises with the kettlebell can help to build rock hard core muscles.

 

 

Kettlebell training is extreme If you want a walk in the park, you should take one, because working out with kettlebells won't be easy.

 

Unlike many other forms of cardio, kettlebell training is "brutal fun" and a hard kettlebell workout gives you a tremendous feeling of accomplishment!!

 

So....you're starting next class, right?

There is a huge difference between a kettlebell workout for fitness and kettlebell lifting for competition.  We do both!

Kettlebell Lifting can be accomplish at any age and any fitness level.

 

 

You can clean and jerk (long cyle),  jerk only, snatch, or do a biathalon….and we teach it all !

A SIX MONTH COMMITMENT IS REQUIRED FOR COMPETITION
